May 28, 2016 - Tanner Kellick Makes Show at Lucas Oil Speedway on Thursday
Competing with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS), Tanner Kellick made the trip to Lucas Oil Speedway (Wheatland, Missouri) on Thursday night for the Cowboy Classic. Earning a 4th place starting spot for his heat via qualifying, Kellick gained one spots edging his way into the $6,000-to-win A-Main. Returning on Friday night for $6,000-to-win preliminary feature, Kellick logged a 9th place outing in his heat sending him into the B-Main. Transferring the top two into the A-Main honoring Don and Billie Gibson, Tanner fell back to a 9th place outing.

Wrapping up the three-day LOLMDS event, Tanner was slated to start in 3rd in his consolation event on Saturday. Needing a 2nd place finish or better to make the 24th Annual Show-Me 100, Kellick registered a 6th place finish qualifying him for the Midwest Sheet Metal Show-Me Challenge A-Main. With 20-laps to gain some ground, Tanner Kellick posted a 6th place finish

May 14, 2016 - Kellick Heads to Greenville and Magnolia for CCSDS/MSCCS Event
Powering the J&J Motorsports #3k Super Late Model, Tanner Kellick headed to Greenville Speedway (Greenville, Mississippi) on Friday night for the event co-sanctioned by the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) and the Mississippi State Championship Challenge Series (MSCCS). After dealing with coil problems in his heat race, Kellick transferred into the B-Main for another shot at the feature. Starting near the tail, Kellick gained five spots in the consolation event but came up short of a transfer spot into the main event.

The following night the CCSDS and MSCCS followers traveled to Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi) for a $2,500-to-win show. In another stacked field of forty-three Super Late Models, Kellick placed 9th in his heat transferring him into the B-Main. Sending the top three into the 40-lap feature, Tanner failed to hit a transfer spot bringing an early end to his night.
