Top-5 finish in Spooky 50 finale at Super Bee Speedway

On Friday night, Tanner Kellick made the short trip to Super Bee Speedway (Chatham, La.) to pilot his Goldman Equipment LLC No. 3K Late Model for the 29th annual Spooky 50.

Earning the fifth-starting position for Friday’s prelim via a third-place finish in his heat, Tanner dropped three spots in the 30-lap affair to finish eighth.

The following night, Kellick laid down the third-fastest lap in time trials before placing second in his heat. Starting the $7,000-to-win Spooky 50 finale in third, Tanner lost one position in the 50-lap affair to register a fourth-place finish. He trailed Billy Moyer Jr., Josh Putnam, and Jon Mitchell to the checkers with Bubba Mullins coming in fifth.
